Enable the (Hidden) Administrator Account on Windows 7 or Vista

Many people familiar with prior versions of  Windows are curious what happened to
the built-in Administrator account that was always created by default. Does this account still exist, and how can you access it?

The account is created in Windows 7 or Vista, but since it’s not enabled you can’t use it. If you are troubleshooting something that needs to run as administrator, you can enable it with a simple command.
(Note: You really should not use this account for anything other than troubleshooting. In fact, you probably should not use it at all.)

Reset Windows Activation/ Remove license key.

Run command prompt as an Administrator.
  1. Enter slmgr /upk and wait for this to complete. This will uninstall the current product key from Windows and put it into an unlicensed state.
  2. Enter slmgr /cpky and wait forthis to complete. This will remove the product key from the registry if it's still there.
  3.  Enter slmgr /rearm and waitfor this to complete. This is to reset the Windows activation timers so the new users will be prompted to activate Windows when they put in the key. This should put the system back to a pre-key state. Hope this helps you out!

How to "Delete administrator Password" without any software?

Method 1:

Boot up with DOS and delete the sam.exe and sam.log files from Windows\system32\config in your hard drive. Now when you boot up in NT the password on your built-in administrator account which will be blank (i.e No password). This solution works only if your hard drive is FAT kind.

Method 2:

  1. Put your hard disk of your computer in any other pc .
  2. Boot that computer and use your hard disk as a secondary hard disk (D'nt boot as primary hard disk ).
  3. Then open that drive in which the victim’s window(or your window) is installed.
  4. Go to location windows->system32->config And delete SAM.exe and SAM.log
